What to Expect
We Grow People
Rather than being a building where people far from God are met with shame, guilt, and condemnation, Jesus leads us to be a family that extends His grace, mercy, and forgiveness to everyone. No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have, we want you to be a part of the family and grow in Christ through solid Biblical teaching.

What To Wear
The Lord focuses on the heart more than on the outward appearance, and so do we. You'll find a wide variety in dress among our congregation - from casual jeans and shorts, to more formal. We simply aim to dress so as not to draw attention to ourselves, but to keep the focus on Jesus Christ alone.
We are a contemporary church committed to honoring our heritage. Our worship at CFBC is Gospel-Centered.
Life consists of constant worship. Every thought, word, desire and deed involves the ascribing of worth and value - glory. Each attitude, affection and activity is an expression of our allegiance, whether to our Creator or His creation. We seek to worship God, not his creation, for God alone is worthy of our worship.
Can I Attend if I'm___________?
Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: divorce, single parent, broke, recovering addict, atheist, skeptic, etc. Everyone is welcome at CFBC. We trust God to work/speak in your life through His Word and the incredibly friendly community He has built in this place.
Post videos on Facebook or Instagram (cartersville1st) of you or your family sharing what they have learned from their daily reading or Sunday Lesson using #lifeatcfbc. This is one way we can stay connected to each other.
